Payment Policy

By visiting and shop with, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. When Payment Is Due
Customer need to pay Neutronball within Net 10 workdays after receiving an invoice before payment is due. We accept full payments. After we receive customer’s payment, we’ll begin process the paid orders.

2. Forms of Payment Accepted

Currently, Neutronball accepts Paypal Payment. Customer will be able to notice the payment method during checkout.

3. Discount Policies

Neutronball offers discounts from time to time for our customers to get better shopping experiences. Coupon codes when available can be added to the cart and customer can update the cart to get the discounts related to the coupon codes. Other promotion campaign, if active, will be clearly noticed on our webstore notice.

4. Late Payment Penalties

Order draft could be held for intended days and customer need to pay timely to get the benefits of the order. If customer do not pay timely, the order would be automatically deleted. Order related discounts will be inactive under such circumstances. Customer has to place orders again. No extra penalties.

5. Invoice Policies
Invoices can also be generated once the order is placed and will be automatically sent to the email that customer leave with the order. No extra actions needed.

6. Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your payment information(such as your PayPal ID, etc), the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
